How do I sign in?
To log in to our web store site:
 
1. Simply click the link that appears at the top right our home page titled "Log in."
2. On the next page, enter your e-mail address and password. The next time you visit our home page, you will be greeted by your name.
 
 
I forgot my password or I can't sign in.
Forgot Your Password?
Click on the Forgot your password? Link. Our system automatically sends you a personalized link with new password to your registered e-mail address on record with us. Use the new password to log in and then if you want to change our sent password to your personalized password then after logging in with our sent password you can securely change your password to password of your choice.

You can also reset your password from "Your Account" by following these steps:
 
1. Go to the My Account section on the Easybuy.in homepage.
2. Click on the Forgot your password? Link.
3. Enter the email address used when your account was created.
4. Click the Submit button.
 
A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
 

How do I close my Easybuy.in account?
We value your participation in the Easybuy.in community and hope you'll contact us to address any issues that may have prompted you to close an account. Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else.
 
If you still want us to close your Easybuy.in account? We request you to first visit My Account page and cancel any outstanding orders associated with your account. Once you have done so, please e-mail us, by clicking the Contact Us link in the Help Page section. Please make sure to send your request from the e-mail address associated with the account you would like to close, so that we can verify your identity. How do I sign out?
If you are using a public terminal, you will want to log off, or sign out, before you leave the computer. Here's how to do it:
 
1. Click the link which is top of the home page that says "Log out".
2. Close the browser to prevent your name or personal settings from appearing on the public terminal.
 
Once you have completed taking above steps, your name will be removed from the home page, and your personal settings will be inaccessible to anyone using the same computer after you left. We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must. If we can't identify you, it will be difficult for us to identify items that might be of interest to you.
